Hi, so I'm trying to buy a diamond to set for my gf. I'm talking with a private seller and he has sent me some certificates. They are all ~1.7ct rounds with F/SI2 and excellent cut. The one I wanted (CM-569) seems really great. But when I plug it into the http://www.pricescope.com/tools/hca tool it gives me a terrible score that's over well over 2 (it's like a 6). I noticed @Kenny had been referring to that link a lot. Should I stay away from this stone?

I have the certificate of 3 other diamonds, none of them scores that well. They are all excellent cut, polish, and symmetry, so can this HCA number really be that important? I have photos of the other 3 as well, I'll post if need be.

Thanks in advance!
