Need help from you computer experts!

I would really like to post pictures of my new cushion engagement ring but can't figure out how to do it. Will anyone be nice enough to do it for me if i e-mail the pictures to them? I think my problem is that when i go to ulpload the pictures, it's trying to take the pictures from the location it's in, so the file name read c:\my documents\bbb\ring\bbbcloseup.jpg.
