Need help finding a cathedral or basket pave setting for RB

After much mulling over, I've finally decided to go with a round brilliant in a pave/micro pave single shank setting. To make it at least a little more unique, I'm looking for a cathedral or basket pave setting without a halo. Have you seen any settings fitting this description?

Here are a couple photos with certain elements that I like.

I also like the setting by Leon Mege (attached), but I think this is made for a cushion.

Since Leon make custom settings, he can definitely make one for a RB.

He will take any setting you like and adapt it for your stone without any change to cost, I believe. I requested a quote for a setting with a cushion, for my RB and he gave me a very reasonable quote for
the setting. He didn''t note any additional cost to adapt it to a round.
