Need help finding 1.7ct+

Hi everyone, I have further narrow down what I am looking for since my original thread. I was hoping if the price scope community could help suggest some good diamonds.
Size: 7.60mm and up
Color: Prefer H and up,
Clarity: As long as its Eye clearn, not cloudy or hazy.
Cut: ideal cut, I like burst of rainbows (fire and scintillation?)
Budget $12-14k

I like to search for my own too, but don't understand the proportions as well as the experts here, would love some suggestions on what to stay within for a ideal cut with maximum fire/ scintillation and any explanations on which proportions are more important for what I am looking for.
So far I have been blindly following these found online:
Table Size 54%-57%
Crown Angle 34-35 degrees
Depth 61-62.5%
Pavilion Angle 40.6-41 degress
Crown Height 15%?
Lower Girdle 75% for max fire?

https://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/round-cut-loose-diamond-3565128.htm - I actually looked at this diamond for a long time, even compared it to my original diamond 1.608 ct. I was told it was not eye clean, there is a dark crystal and white crystal that could be seen.

I will look through your other suggestions, meanwhiles what do you think of these two?
