Can anyone tell me whether this is a good stone? Any helpful comments would be much appreciated. I''m happy with the carat size and color but mostly concerned about cut and do not know how to tell the grade:

Shape and Cut: Round Brilliant (2.01 carats)
Measurements: 7.81 - 7.76 x 5.11 mm

Proportions
Depth: 65.6%
Table: 58%
Crown: 14.7%
Pavillion: 45%
Girdle: Med to very thick faceted

Culet: None

Finish
Polish: Good to very good
Symmetry: Good

Clarity: SI2

Color: G

Flourescense: Medium Blue

Depth is too big, probably significant light leakage and has smaller face up dimensions compare to ideally cut stones.

Which lab graded this stone?

EGL USA. When you say "smaller face up" does that mean it will appear smaller from the top? Thank you.

A 2.01c should face up around 8.15mm, compared to your stone of 7.78mm? Do you want to pay that much more for the weight when it does nothing but actually reduces the overall optical performance of the stone?

A RB of 7.8mm should have about a 1.8c stone.

Ditto, you can do better.

yup,too deep !! the cutter didn''t wanna trim off the extra fats, cuz he wanted to keep the 2 ct magic weight.

YUCK - pass on this one for sure! Depth is dreadful and bad angles/percents, you can definitely do better. This diamond will look considerably smaller than 2cts also as it is bottom heavy with wasted weight.
