Hi there everyone
1.gif
. I''ve been lurking around here for a while and decided it''s about time I post. I really need some help choosing a diamond for my husband-to-be''s wedding band. I have picked out some diamonds that I think would be suitable but I just can''t decide. I want an SI1 / G hopefully eye clean. These aren''t huge diamonds so I can''t figure out if the inclusions will be noticable to the naked eye. He is also not too easy on his jewelry so I am trying for something with a girdle that is not too thin and inclusions that are not too close to the girdle. Here is what I''ve picked out, what would you choose, maybe top 2?? Any help would be great, thanks!

Sorry there are so many, but I''m so confused which I should pick

what''s your budget?

I'm looking to spend up to the mid to high $1300's, AGS000, not necessarily H&A, 0.50-0.60 (the bigger the better

). All of the above diamonds are within my price range.

Anyone?? I have found one out of these that I am strongly considering:

Carat weight: 0.58
Cut: Ideal
Colour: G
Clarity: SI1
Depth %: 60.1%
Table %: 56%
Crown Angle: 34.5
Pavillion Angle: 40.6
Symmetry: Ideal
Polish: Ideal
Girdle: Thin to slightly thick, faceted
Culet: Pointed
Fluorescence: None
Measurements: 5.44 x 5.46 x 3.28 mm

It scores a 0.6 on the HCA.

The link above shows the diamond grading report through AGSL. Not sure if I should be worried with a girdle that is thin to slightly thick with his ring?

The price on that diamond is awesome...which kinda makes me wonder if the inclusions are not clear and on the table for this diamond, or if the crown/pavillion angles might give the "fisheye". (note: I you can''t actually use the holloway cut advisor properly unless you know crown & pavillion angles)...But that''s just the cynic in me.

When you do a pricescope search, there are not any diamonds at that pricepoint with those stats. I would say go for it based on what I can see, it seems like an awesome deal =)

It looks great from the info given, in that size I would think it would be eyeclean, but BN has a good return policy of 30 days, so you have plenty of time to decide. Info on girdles here for you.
