So I have this old e-ring that I am debating whether it is worth getting appraised for future resale... I would love your help, if, by chance, someone could give me a clue by looking at the crummy pictures and tell me what color or clarity it may possibly be?

It''s a 1/4 princess... I thought it was an I VS1, but I am not so sure now...

The diamond is not as dark as the yellowish picture- that was just one w/o the flash- I know it is hard to distinguish without better pictures- but anyone''s best guess would be awesome... and would lead me toward what path to take. I may just give the ring to my friend who can''t afford an e-ring. Thanks

That is one of the nicest, kindest things I have ever heard of. Bless you for even thinking of it! The thought alone is incredibly generous and kind of you.

Thank you. It''s an e-ring from a relationship that did not work out, and it only cost around $400, and I could only get $100 out of it, if that. My fiance and I are not loaded with cash by any means but my new e-ring is twice the size and much nicer and was paid for out right. Now I just have to have it sized down... SHE has TINY fingers

-I better conspire with her fiance to find her ring size... this could be fun!

I think that is a lovely idea and really so nice of you. At least let someone get some joy out of it!

That is so very thoughtful of you.
