Hi!

Please help me decide between these two diamonds.

0.51 ct $1,917
0.71 ct $3,600

Based on the cert, will this looks sparkly? Are their price reasonable?

Thank you!!!

Here is the 0.51 D SI1.

The above diamond looks good, which vendor are they from, or are they from a store jeweller?

Hi Lorelei,
Always appreciate your response. I got it from a store jeweller. Do you think the price is reasonable?

Hi Noneeks!

The second diamond looks good also. As you know, online diamonds are typically cheaper than store jewellers, here is a similar one to the .71 from Blue Nile for you to compare with for price - $2918.

.51 D SI1 at a tad under $1500 online.

If you can see these in person, check carefully to make sure they are eyeclean to your standards.

Actually, I need help on one more. This one is 0.70 J SI1 for $2K approx. It has med blue flor.

I'm considering the 0.51 ct, D, SI1. Here is the hearts and arrow pics compare to an example of a precision cut. Is this a good one? Opinion pls. I have decided to buy it but nonetheles I need to know what you think of this hearts and arrow pics of this diamond. Sorry for so many inquiries.

The first two set is that of the diamond and the other is the sample of what it should be.

Hi Lorelei,

Thank you for your reply. I tend to choose the 0.51 D SI1. I''ve tried diff ct sizes and find that 0.50 ct looks good enough for my size 5 finger. Although a 0.70 ct J SI1 of only $171-more is teasing me a bit.

It is a good cut, I know which cutter it is from, no need to worry about the H&A pattern, the difference is due to the image taking set up.

Yes the image looks great - no worries there. The .70 also looks good by the numbers.

Hi Lorelei and StoneCold11,

Thank you for your replies. They are very helpful and make me confident with my choice. My FI has approved for me to go ahead and buy the 0.51 D SI1. We went everywhere, both online and B&M, to find this one is the one for us.

Thank you again!!!
