Is this a good ratio of quality/size/price? I''m looking for something that sparkles like crazy, above everything else, but I''m not sure I can go lower in color or clarity, without it bothering me. Ideally, I''d like some flouresence as well, but, eh...
My grandmother gave me $1K, so I would like to stay very close to that.
