Need Expert Help deciding between two diamonds...based on HCA?

Ok so with everything I''ve learned on Pricescope so far I''ve narrowed down my diamond search to two stones...they both look pretty good to me but one scores slighly better on HCA...any suggestions on which one you would pick and what would be a good price to pay for this stone?

0.91c RB, VS2, F, GIA Excellent Cut, Excellent Polish, Excellent Symmetry, No Fluor
Depth: 62.0%
Table: 55.0%
Crown Angle: 35.0
Pavillion Angle: 40.8
Clarity Characteristic: Cloud (on dossier certificates does this mean there is only one cloud???)
HCA: 1.6 excellent

0.90c RB VS2, F, GIA Excellent Cut, Excellent Polist, Excellent Symmetry, No Fluor
Depth: 61.4%
Table: 55.0%
Crown Angle: 35.0
Pavillion Angle: 40.6
Clarity Characteristic: Cloud (again is this just one?)
HCA: 0.8 excellent

How did I do? LoL I know they are both pretty similar...but in your expert opinion which one would you pick and what kind of $$$ would you pay?

You cant decide based on the HCA as it is a rejection tool.
Both passed so now its time too get IS or ASET images.

Visit the front page and use the pricescope search engine too find comparable stones and compare prices.

strm is not harsh, just abrupt! I don''t think I''ve ever seen him post more than a couple lines! Although he knows his stuff, so I would get those images as advised.
As far as the HCA, between those scores neither is "better" than the other - as long as they come within the desired range, because its a smaller nbr than the other doesn''t actually make it any better..just fyi

As far as what to pay, the best thing to do is just plug your numbers into the Pricescope your diamond tool and get an idea of the average price for these stones. If you''re using a PS recommended vendor they can usually offer discounts, just ask and tell them you''re a member
