Need dust please!

I just applied for a better position within the company I currently work for. I love this company but need more of a challenge with my position. I''m feeling very nervous/scared that my manager is going to find out and think I am unhappy within the department I am currently in which is not the case. I just need a more challenging role and FI and I could really use the pay increase as well

I need dust that my manager is understanding and doesn''t hold it against me if she finds out I applied and I also need dust that I am actually considered for the position! It would be a nice promotion and with the economy the way it currently is, who couldn''t use a better paying position at a company they already love!

I am happy to report that the PS Dust worked wonders as I was offered the position today and gladly accepted!!

My manager was understanding and happy for me. The members of my team who currently know have been incredibly happy and supportive.

I am so fortunate - thank you all for your positive thoughts!!
