Hello Everyone
I have to send my fiancés diamond e-ring back to Vancouver where I bought it to get it resized and so they can match it up perfectly with a wedding band.
I want to have the diamond''s assessed before and after they are shipped to make sure they weren''t swapped. Does anyone know of any good place in Toronto to do this and how much will it cost?
Basically I can tell if they switch the main diamond as it is AGS and I have a map of the inclusion. However the two smaller diamonds which are ~.16... I haven''t got a map for nor a loupe to be able to assess the inclusions.
What should I ask them to do? Should I get them to weigh the ring? Perhaps I should get them to map the two smaller ones. Or is this really even worth my while? I know the smaller diamonds probably aren''t worth too much.
