Need advise for studs

I'm looking for studs, done some research... I need an expert opinion. Should I get WF ACA that will get me 1.36ctw F/G SI1 eyeclean or 1.46ctw E/F VS2 GIA 3ex, checked the proportions and it looks good. I know that with ACA I don't have to be worry about the cut, should I get a better cut (ACA) or bigger studs? Please help me end this dilema.....

There isn't a cut and dried answer for this. WF has a fantastic upgrade policy though, so if you go with ACA, you know you can always go up in a few years to the slightly larger size (or bigger!) if you want to. From everything I've read here, E/F would be lost on earrings, you just don't see them close enough to appreciate the high color. So, I'd go with WF if it were me. But at the end of the day if you'll regret the 0.05 ct per ear difference, then go with the other GIA stones...

My studs are ACAs from WF and I adore them. I also love that I will be able to trade them in for bigger in the future. Between knowing I was getting top of the line diamonds, and the upgrade policy, I would highly recommend them.

I should mention mine are only .8ctw and a friend of mine is obsessed with them bc of the cut. Another friend (who isn't a jewelry nut) notices them whenever I see her. The cut gives my smaller studs tons of presence on the ear. Yours would be spectacular at 1.7ctw.

What's the difference in the diameter? You're talking about a 5-point difference per stone, I wonder if the bigger pair would even face up bigger.
