If you are sure the diamonds are eye clean I think you need to decide how you want to trade off cut, color and size. To assess cut difference you really need an Idealscope image.

Diamond 3 is the biggest (0.2mm in width seems pretty big), and probably has the best cut. If eye clean this would be my vote as the difference in color probably won't be noticable.

I would say Diamond 1 > Diamond 2. Similar stats except Diamond 2 has worse cut proportions.

Again, ask for Ideal scope images, as Diamond 1 may give you just as good of light performance as diamond 3.

Cut is much more important, than color or clarity, to how beautifully a diamond performns with light.
FOrtunately you are looking at rounds and there are two tools to help you find a well-cut diamond.
GIA grading cut Excellent is not enough, their grade includes some deep diamonds that won't perform as well with light.
Sorry.

First plug four numbers from the GIA reports into this tool https://www.pricescope.com/tools/hca
Reject diamonds that score over 2.0
Get Idealscope pic on those that scored under 2.0 on HCA.

Compare the pic to this chart.

If your vendor will not get on board and provide Idealscope pics find another vendor and tell her/him why.

Next, why are you considering D SI2?

Are you aware you could get a larger diamond that looks REALLY close (or identical to some eyes) to a D diamond for the same price.
GIA's color grades are VERY close together.

View GIA or AGS-graded diamonds live away from deceptive jewelry store lighting and see for yourself how close a D looks to a G.
Then, if you really DO still want a D knowing how much more you have to pay or how much smaller you have to go then by all means buy the D.
At least you will be making an informed decision.
Just don't think a D will be more sparkly.
Light performance depends on CUT, not color or clarity, within reason.

Some people/cultures insist on a D since it is percieved as more pure and symbolic, but I think those folks may also want IF or VVS clarity too.
Keen in mind a well cut diamond it returns more light so it seems more white than a poorly cut diamond.
I could put a well cut I SI2 right next to a poorly cut D IF and you are likely to prefer the appearance of I SI2.

Next, be carefull about eye-clean.
People's vision varies and lighting conditions can help expose or conceal inclusions.
VS1 is guaranteed always eye-clean and from VS2 down to I1 the chances of a diamond being eye-clean go down.
For this reason only buy with a written agreement of a full no questions asked money back guarantee so you can spend a few days viewing the diamond in many environments and lighting situations to see if it meets YOUR eye-clean standards.
Also, do you want it to be eye-clean from the side view too?
We've seen lots of unhappy customers posting the vendor called it eye-clean but the customer disagrees once they get the stone.

Lastly, all discussion of specs in my posts applies only to stones graded by GIA or AGS.
Other labs are soft on grades so they seem like a better deal till you find out the color and clarity grades are basically lies.

I guess I would choose #1 out of those three, except it is not showing the inclusion plot so I am not sure whether I would be okay with the inclusions or not. I personally would go to F or G color and up to VS2 (or higher) for clarity. I wouldn't pay for D color and not get at least VS clarity.

thank you for your help~
Kenny, I had get the score of 0.85 SI2 diamond, this one is good.
Factor Grade
Light Return Excellent
Fire Excellent
Scintillation Excellent
Spread
or diameter for weight Very Good
Total Visual Performance 0.9 - Excellent
within TIC range

the score of 0.8 SI1 is 2.4, so high.....

I want to find a diamond which is 0.8-1 carat, E-D color, 3EX, fluorescence faint/none, since budget only have $5000 USD, therefore, trade off the calrity, I had compared the E and F color diamond behind a white paper, E color is white but F color seems a little bit yellow, so, I go for the E - D color....correct me if i am wrong.

about the eye-clean issue, I just found those 3 diamonds from internet, I had email to the vendor to review the diamonds, they said those 3 diamonds are eye-clean, but I don't konw they can be trusted or not....

any suggestions about the diamond if the budget is 5000 USD, I just want to buy a sparkly, white 0.8+ carat diamond....>"<

Good for you for doing that test.
You are not "wrong".
Here's more info on the topic...

The most revealing way to evaluate diamond color is ...
Place two stones table side down, side by side, on a perfectly white card bent at 90 degrees.
Push the diamonds so they are both touching the card on the bottom and the vertical side.
Look into the body of the pavilion of the stone under a neutral soft diffuse directionless light.
In this environment it is very easy to see slight differences in the body color of diamonds.

But when a diamond is set and viewed from the top the slight difference seen in the former set up will not be as noticeable.
IOW if you insisted on an E in the first test, an F or G or even an H may satisfy you in real life.

It also depends on setting itself.
A full bezel setting prevents any side view, and the side view shows body color more so than a top view.
Settings of yellow gold impart some yellowness to any diamond, even a D.
That's one reason many people prefer platinum or white gold.

kenny, thanks for your help.
You said that "F or G or even an H may satisfy you in real life ", it means even G/H color with ideal cut also looks so white in the real life which is not noticeable compared to D/E color? If Yes, I think I will go for the F or G color.

since I am looking for stones from bluenile, here are my parameter, is that ok?

Color : F-G
Calrity: Si1 + (email bluenile to confirm eye-clean)
Carat: 0.8 - 1
Cut/polish/Sym: EX
Flu: faint/none
HCA: blew 2

On Calrity, If SI2 also eye-clean is it ok? or SI1 is better
On cut, since can not request Idealscope report from bluenile, I know 3EX is not enough, but if HCA is blew 2, is it no need to check Idealscope report ? bluenile signature ideal-cut include GCAL report which shows more infomation, but the price is higher.

sorry about that I just a newbie, I just want to buy a good diamond blew $5000 for my engagement, So I have so many questions what to ask....
