Hello Everyone!

This is my first post and was hoping for everyone's input on this diamond I'm considering for the engagement ring.

It's:

1.45 round F color VVS2

Cut, Polish, Symmetry are all very good

Depth is 60.4 %
Table is 56%
Crown angle: 33
Pavilion angle: 41.8
Girdle is very thin to thin
Culet is very small

I input the specs and HCA came out to 5 which I'm a bit concerned about. I'm very confused at this point if I should go ahead with this diamond.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

I would pass on it. The pavilion is too steep. The clarity is overkill as well, unless there is a particular reason for that.

It is good you have researched enough to know what HCA is.

I would continue researching until you know why a value of 5 on the HCA calculator is bad.
