Need advice on Asscher

This is my first post on this website and i was hoping Strmrdr would chime in and tell me what he thinks of the following stone.

I''ve been a silent reader for the last couple of weeks and i''ve noticed Strmrdr is an expert in this field, but anyone that has any opinion, please let me know!

From the numbers do you think it has any potential?

By the way, it's a "cut corner square step cut."

pics and crown height are needed to evaluate it.
if the crown is high enough it has potential.
personally I would look for something with a table closer to 60 if possible.
Is this a b&m or an online stone?

Also you could drop clarity down to vs1 or vs2 and get a larger diamond that is totally eyeclean by buying from a vendor who will eyeball them for you.

I unfortunately am a sucker for color and clarity... so I want to stay at G''s and VVS2 at the very lowest.

I asked about the crown height and they told me they would have that information on Monday due to the weekend.

What crown height should i be hoping for?

So I found out sooner than I expected. The crown height is 13.1

How do you feel about the height?

On another note. How do you feel about H colored asschers? Do you think there is a big difference between a G and H asscher?

Another thing, what do you think about the cut cornered step cuts (looks just like royal asscher) vs square emerald cuts. I''ve read all threads regarding this question and I haven''t come to a conclusion on it.

H is fine for many people.
Someone who is color sensitive might want to go to a G

The different looks of an asscher is personal preference.
Also just because it has the extra facets don''t mean it will look like a RA.
That is why pictures are so important.
