Do you have the grading report number? If you don't want to post it, then you can attach a screenshot of the report with the report number covered/blocked out.
Pictures and video would also be a huge help with assessing it, if have them.
Type IIa *could* very well carry a premium since they are the most chemically pure and amongst the rarest diamond sub-type occurring naturally.
Type II is an advantage if reselling as in high color high clarity the type II adds some prestige - often with no other visual benefits.
However type II often occur brown and are treated to make them whiter - and if the lab mis identifies and does not detect the treatment today - and in years to come it is identified - then you have done your dough!
