Help, I have the 3.02 Tiffany style solitaire now I need a notched or curved band, preferably with a few diamonds but nothing crazy. Currently wearing the simple notched WG band and it needs a little something. I have seen a few nice ones on ebay but I never know if it will fit with my 3.02 solitaire. Post any possibilitiess you might see please

Is your ring the classic 6-prong solitaire? If so, is the "donut" very large?

Hi

If you could show the image or advise if tiffany is 4 prongs or 6 prongs, it will help to suggest

There are so many different ways you could go with this - depending on the style ering setting and the look she wants...

Also, do you want it blatantly notched (meaning hard angles and corners) or just slightly "etched"? Examples:

For a curvier look, do you think she would prefer a blatant curve or a slight curve? Examples

Do you think she will ever wear the band by itself? This could play a factor in your choice as well. :))

This is the 6 prong setting I have, no doughnut and I wouldn't be wearing band by itself.

Oh, okay! Well, then I think you have a ton of options. Is it absolutely necessary that the bands sit totally flush? Because you could do a straight band and it would have the tiniest of gaps at the top... this option would allow you to stack and have multiple bands... just a thought. :halo:

Do you want sleek and modern or vintage-looking??

If you get a diamond band with the girdle exposed, it would be a good idea to get a very thin spacer. Otherwise the diamonds will eat away at your prongs.

I love these classic looks:
(the plain knife edge would make your huge diamond POP! -- and you could add a diamond band as well!) ;)
