Need a good dusting, please!

I''ve heard of the power of the PS dust....

We put an offer in on a new home and the seller accepted our offer, however the seller''s job situation is now a little uncertain (they were moving for this reason), so whether or not the job situation works out for him will determine whether or not we get the house.

We really, really love it and could you all the positive thoughts in the world right now!!
