Hi guys,

I''m pretty much set on buying the following ACA diamond. It''s a 0.81ct G Si1 Hearts and Arrows for $3248. There weren''t many choices availble and I was trying to maximise size while making the price as low a I can.

There are some inclusions but I don''t think will be visible to the naked eye. The cut seems very symmetrical and I think this wil make a difference to the others.

Tell me what you think. If it''s all good then i''m gonna send the order off.

I simply looked at the diagram in the AGS report and tried to locate some in the 40X magnification picture. They don''t seem to stand out so :D

place it on hold and have them look at it to make sure before shipping it.
Eyeclean can not be determined by photos.

Hi the whiteflash consultant told me that it''s completely eye clean from top but not eye clean from the side. the inclusion is light in colour.

does that seem okai?

It looks beautiful and the price is good. Remember, the the impact of the inclusions should be assessed through the crown.

How often will you look at a ring from the side? Most of the time it is from the table.

Is it ok with you if it isn''t eyeclean from the side? This would bother some and not others, depends which camp you fall into.

I ''m going to have this in a halo setting. It would matter less this way right?

Yap, since the halo will cover most of the side view. In a open solitaire, classic tiffany style setting, that will be more visible.

Might do if the inclusion was obscured by the setting, but overall it is how you feel that matters concerning this inclusion. It wouldn't bother me but it depends on your comfort level. Ask WF to be sure if the intended setting would hide it, or if the stone could be positioned that the inclusion could be hidden.

Your finished product is AMAZING! Which diamond did you end up getting?

I ended up buying this particular stone. It has fabulou optical symmetry and fire. I just can''t capture fire on photo yet ~.~

Congrats. :)

Fire will take a bit of practice to capture it I think.

It does, try with the sun behind you as I find that brings out the fire well or under a tree with the sun shining through it.
