Naturals/Indented Naturals in Gemstones

Do you get Naturals/Indented Naturals in Gemstones such as Sapphire or is it just a diamond term due to saving on the rough?

In the GEM/Mineral world, any gem cut and polished out of rough material can posses any type of external naturals,

It was never a "diamond term" only...
