I must say I love Jem and Scout. I love To Kill a Mocking Bird.
Stolen from someone else - Lucy and Linus if you are going the brother/sister route.

Hearts and Arrows? Sorry, I''m corny today.

How about Max(ine) and Magnum?

DH's plug for The Duramax diesel engine and the Dodge Hemi Magnum...since pups tend to be very energetic and they both look like they will be a pretty good size!

lol! Good one!

That would make great names for a set of twin babies too!!!

how bout Big Dan and Little Ann? the names of the pups in Where the Red Fern Grows

AWWWW!

I don''t know about matching names, but the boy puppy sure does look like a Luke.

hmmmm, Luke and Daisy?
31.gif

Luke and Daisy? ala Dukes of Hazzard, right? hmmm, that is funny because I saw Lukas (Luke) or Beau (Bo)....Boy, Dukes of Hazzard must be on my mind today....

OMG. How cute!!!!

Well, the only way I name my pets is I just look at them and it comes to me.
When I looked at your pups, the male was instantly a RUPERT and the female was a MiMi.
Strange. But that's just what their faces tell me!

Boy - Timber
Girl - Poppy

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! Seriously, how adorable!! I can''t think of other names that haven''t been given at the moment but I''ll give it some thought.

Their fur colour makes me think of sand/desert. So how about:

Sandy and Sahara
Samson and Sahara?

Thanks for all the help. I really appreciate it.

Musey: I hadn''t thought about Jake. Thanks.

Starset Princess-A lot of good names. Some have already been used as pet names, though. And my mom''s name is on the list, and don''t think she''d much like a pet being named after her....lol. My sis has a Betty and Barney.

ChinaCat: Ummm, no on the LaToya and Jacko....lol. Luke and Leia are cute.

DKS: Thanks. Marianne and Ginger are cute for your dogs. I''ll have to think about the Thurston and Lovey.

Surfgirl: My sis also recommended Jethro and Ellie Mae or Geraldine. She said they have a "Country Bumpkin" look.

Cleopatra: I had a Samson, so don''t want to go with that again. Yes, the female is more dominant. And that list is great. I''ve got some thinking to do.

DKS: I remember Buffy and Jody, and Donny and Marie, but who is Jake and Maggie? As far as me and David, we like nature, being outside and both love the water.

Merrijoy: Sweetie wouldn''t work, since that''s what I call David.

Sweetpea: Drake and Bella might work for them.

oshinbreeze, they DO have a country bumpkin look, especially that photo of them in the dirt pile looking at you like "wha? we''re dogs, whaddya expect?!?" that''s why I thought of Jethro and Ellie Mae...

Mercoledi: Thanks. Hansel and Gretel might work....we''re both of German decent.

Merrijoy: I had a Samson before.

Picos: I like Scout. David used to be a scout leader for many years when his boys were growing up.

Diamondfan: Good girl names. Thanks.

Harriet: lol....cute names.

Marvel: I''ve thought about Bonnie and Clyde. They are trouble...lol

Happyfeet1988: I like Mazie and Miles too.

Starset Princess: More great names. Thank you.

Merrijoy: I like Jem and Scout too.

Harriet: lol. David wouldn''t go for those.

Evelynn: I like Max and Magnum too.

Somethingshiny: I loved Where the Red Fern Grows.

IndieJones: I think Luke and Daisy is one of the front runners so far.

MMM: Rupert and Mimi...maybe.

LAJennifer: They don''t look like a Timber and Poppy to me.

Zoebartlett: Thanks.

Sha: I like Sandy and Sahara too. They''d be fitting names for FL dogs.
