My unheated Winza ruby with semi mount, ready for mounting

My Winza ruby and the before-mentioned semi mount, which I received yesterday. I decided to keep the setting, after having some problems, so it's now here to stay.

Ruby specs: 1.26ct 6.55x6.3x3.4mm VVS
Came with GIT Gem id report
I'm pretty happy with it as it very clean and it sparkles, and it is unheated, hope that these photos will upload once and for all as I'm having real trouble with them..sorry for any repeats. I'll try to upload some more later if anyone is interested to see.

I think it will be pretty too! Do you have any shots with the stone sitting in the setting? Would love to see.

I do have heaps of pictures but for some reason, some I managed to upload while others are refusing...took me ages yesterday to upload these few. If anyone can offer any quick advice with this would be much appreciated.

The setting is 18k rose gold. I wanted to try rose gold, white diamonds are red ruby combo. I already have a ruby in white gold ring and whilst the ruby is nicely contrasted and stands out, this time I wanted to try to see if rose gold will complement the ruby.

Thank you so much! I bought it from Unseengemstone on ebay before Christamas. It glitters and it's so vibrant, you can practically see it across the room. It's not that big but it has got presence. I've got a thing about rubies I think, they just draw you in.
This one came with a full gem identification report from GIT so at least I know it's legit. They would know right?

Thanks TL, tyty and Lovinggems...it does look good, but, my one teeney weeney regret is that I didn't go for a lower kew setting. One that doesn't sit so high and isn't so busy.. nearly all my rings are with elaborate settings, maybe should've gone simpler this time. One tends to always go for similar styles....Sigh.
But my hands are not exactly petite so something bigger looks better I guess...
