Reporting back!
I made it through my entire yoga cardio routine, push ups and all, without doing any of the resting poses! I feel so strong!
And I''m really proud of myself for keeping with this routine. I have lost 5 lbs, DH has lost TEN in one week!!!
I''m almost below 180! Today my weight was 180.0 lol I started at 186.4
I can''t believe it''s actually working!
My stomach feels a little flatted but I might just be imagining that lol
