Does it have any grading report e.g. GIA, EGL, etc?

Similar diamonds with GIA grading reports are listed in the web for about the same $$. So, assuming your stone has accurate color and clarity gradings, the price is all right.

Are you buying from a local jeweler or via the web?

Otherwise, it is difficult to judge fancy-shaped diamonds by the numbers unless full 3D scan is available.
