My October Wedding Invites are Done (w/ pics!)

Yay! So excited. Ok these are semi DIY. The printing and design for the actual invites were done by a Custom graphic design artist. We wanted something with a black background and fall leaves.... we just couldn''t find it already made, so had to have it made for us! The rest of the assembly is DIY.

In claret colored pocket folds..........

The response post card. These are double sides with our address on the reverse.

Everything in pocket fold. Directions and information behind the RSVP in the pocket.

The pocket then gets sealed with a triquetra wax seal.

Goes in black inner envelope........

Then the black envelope gets a metallic silver belly band and the guest first names written on it (our names here).

Then in grey outer envelope..........

Lastly, return address sealed on back and then addressed on front.........

Holy cow, these are incredible!! Haha, so many envelopes! They look great - I love the contrast of colors - the black looks great with the red. The leaves are beautiful on there too!

I know! lots of envelopes... my fiance didn''t understand why the invite had to be in 3 enclosures... he said it was like someone played the present joke where there is a box in a box in a box. They are heavy too- had to get the .61 cent stamps to send them!
