Hi donnabrsd,
TBH, I'm not sure what makes them semi-custom, it's just what Bob and Leon there at Whiteflash called them! They are similar to another set I have seen (FancyDiamond's lovely jackets), so maybe it's because this isn't a brand new commission, but like something that has been done before?
I'm sure those more experienced than I in these things can inform us!
