I have always loved the legacy! Your ring is drool worthy!! Congratulations. I also agree with DS that I wouldn't size it in the winter, once you add a band and summer humidity you may regret it! Stick it out for a few months and then decide.

thank you, the ring is a 6. I am a 5.5. Still unsure what to do, I was driving today and the ring was moving round and round my finger, but at other times it fits perfectly. I think I might just go down a 1/4 size. I really don't want to be without it though although the SA said it is a 24 hr turnaround...usually. It is a 200 mile round trip though!

It's winter and you might honestly want to wait on it because when it warms up, you might need that half size. And when you get married and add a band, this ring will get "pushed up" and will feel snugger. Have you tried it on with a band to see how it fits with two rings? Also, IIRC Tiffany puts "sizing beads" in when you're sizing down 1/4 size. My Tiffany band is a 6 and it spins like crazy sometimes and is SUPER snug others.

Yeah i think you are right! I'm just concerned that it will slip off, although I've tested by shaking my hand around and it doesn't come off. When my hands are warm it feels fine. I tried it with some wedding bands the day we bought it but to be honest I was in so much shock that I can't remember what they felt like. I will give it another week and see if i can get used to the spinning!

I'd rather not have it sized as I really can't bear the thought of 2 x 200 mile round trips and being without it..how ridiculous

You could consider buying a plain 1mm or something band from Etsy, like a tiny spacer, maybe 1/4 or 1/2 size down to wear ABOVE if to keep it from slipping off if you're concerned at all, just until the weather is warmer. Something like this:
