I posted this in the colored gem forum and I’m not sure if I’m allowed to also post it here? If not, admin please remove and I apologize! I wanted to share my new Maytal Hannah ring since it will serve as my ER until I can reset my original diamond. Maytal always does such an outstanding job!

Sure!

The stone:
- AGL certified 2.38 cts blue natural sapphire from Sri Lanka
- only enhancement is heat treatment
- measures 8.14 x 8.04 x 5.09mm

The setting:
- handforged by Maytal Hannah in platinum with bright polish finish
- halo contains 24 and shank also contains 24 excellent cut u-set natural diamonds - all D-F color and VVS-2 to VS-2.

Size 4.5

I hunted all over for a stone of that color and proportions and found this one from Gemfix. Andrew and Laura were great to work with and wanted to make sure I was happy. They were very friendly and thoughtful.

Sri Lanka is well known for its fine sapphires and rubies. I like the deep blue colour of your stone!
