I know some of you have been there with me through my journey of returning my HK ring and searching to find my new e-ring. Well after 3 months of insanity, I finally have the ring of my dreams, thanks to Mark from ERD!!!
I would like to thank the PSers who helped me throughout this entire process. All comments (even those that made me cry from my first ring!) helped in my decision, and I am so glad I went through with changing the entire ring.
SO to talk about what REALLY matters....I worked with Mark from ERD (who I ABSOLUTELY adore!) to create my ring. He was not only easy to work with, but very pleasant and answered all my annoying questions/e-mails/calls promptly (even while he was sitting in a dentist chair!). He ensured that I was happy with my ring, and even considered the fact that I had been through hell with my first e-ring. I felt like he made it his mission to provide me with the ring of my dreams, to which he was extremely successful. He works within your budget, and will ensure that you are happy with the end results. He is both professional, patient and understanding, and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
