Last pic, this one with some flash. I am pretty happy with how this turned out, I should have upgraded the stones on the setting but I had bought a ring from them that was very nice that I did not upgrade, I guess it is hit or miss. When not being looked at through the macro setting it looks very white and sparkly IRL. The stone seemed much more blue before setting and now the red seems more obvious making it look more like tanzanite but I like it! Now I need to find a blue stone! Thanks for looking!

Thank you Packrat! I did not do a thread, I did not even take a pic, what was I thinking??? I had bought the setting awhile ago in a last minute bargain auction and then found the stone later, I have only bought a few colored stones and am not very comfortable in this arena but so many here have bought his stones that I decided to go for it. It is 5.8mm. So as soon as the stone came, off to the jeweler they went.

Very nice spinel! I just bought my first one from Dan and was not disappointed, either. He seems to be a very nice man to do business with. I also like your LOGR setting!

What are the specs of your spinel?

Love the dispersion coming off the spinel and the setting....just gorgeous! There’s no way it isn’t going to be noticeable on your neck.
