My new Ann Mckay ring!!

She just finished it, and they emailed me a photo of my new ring! I am SO excited. It'll be here in a few days

Very pretty! What are the stats?

I'm actually not entirely sure of all the stats. My husband sent the certificate to her along with the stone, but I remember it's .80 ct, VVS2, and I think the color is J.

My original e-ring was made by James Meyer, but I fell in LOVE with this Ann McKay design, and I really wanted an oval. I'll probably go back and forth between the two rings...lol

Thanks. That's a sweet way of looking at it. I actually assumed she would choose to set the oval east-west, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got the photo. I really like it north-south. It looks so classic.

Yep! She's 4 months old, and this ring is sort of my push-gift. We actually have 2 beautiful girls, and now I'll have 2 beautiful rings to pass on to them some day.
