My Napa trip is in 2 days....need suggestions on the following restaurants...

My trip to Napa is in a couple of days...My boyfriend''s b-day is on Friday and I wanted to take him to a nice restaurant. As far as Saturday night, I guess we can go to one of the other restaurants....Here is what I found...

1) Matini House restaurant (for his b-day)

2) Brix

3) Uva Trattoria

4) Bouchon Bistro?

5) Bistro Jeanty

6) Bistro Don Giovanni

7) Cole''s Chop House

Any suggestions?? What is the best italian restaurant? Thanks!

Ooohhh...I just got back from a trip from CA last month. We went to Bouchon for lunch so good!! Much more affordable for lunch and less crowded. For dinner I''d go to Don Giovanni. Wonderful italian food...nice and hearty.

COLE''S! We loved it...ate there for New Years Eve Dinner 2 years ago...amazing steaks and loved the architecture of the inside, and the waistaff was very attentive...overall a great dinner and evening. Definitely recommended.
