My husband just bought me a Snuggie ...

Question-can I get this at stores (Target etc?). Shipping is half the product price!

Yes - I think my husband picked mine up at CVS, and I''ve seen them at Walgreens as well.

I want a snuggie, but I may just have to get one myself. I told my DH I wanted one for Xmas, and he told me they were too dorky looking. I relayed this to my dad, and he said "Well, they ARE really dorky looking..."

Now I''m tempted to buy one and wear it to dinner parties.

The snuggie commercial for dogs cracks me up. Have you seen that one?

You can buy them at Bed Bath & Beyond--if you use a 20% off coupon they're only $12.00!

I love my Snuggies and I don't care what anyone thinks about them. I keep one in the family room and one in the bedroom for when I'm reading in bed. (I also have baskets of throw blankets in every room, but my Snuggies have rendered them utterly useless.

I've had a Slanket for a couple of years and I absolutely love it. I went on a Slanket buying binge in 2005 and bought everyone in my family Slankets. They all rolled their eyes and politely said "Thank you", but now, 3 years later, every time I'm at their houses when it's cold, I catch them with the Slanket on. Ha! The Slanket is irresistable!

Also, if you're like me, you think to yourself "Hey Self, brown is a great colour for a blanket with sleeves that you'll keep folded up in the living room" - until you realize that for the few times you need to turn the Slanket around to walk into the kitchen to get some water (or tea), you pass by a mirror and realize you look EXACTLY like Obi-Wan-Kenobi (minus the beard).

I laughed so hard when I saw the commercial for the Snuggie.

BUT... THEN I GOT ONE!

And it is the greatest thing EVER! So warm, so cuddly... so genius!

DH laughed when he saw me wearing it. I have a pink one and it's the BEST!

I feel like Obi Wan Kenobi.

Anyone have cats that love the Snuggie? Our big guy Manny is obsessed with my Snuggies! He plops himself right on top of my lap the moment I put mine on--it''s like the Snuggie comes with its own live furbaby. Heaven!

thanks! hope they still have tan ones left (seem to be hard to find). I''m buying this as a gift but want to buy one for myself now! But what if the baby starts crying--will I trip running to her room with this thing on me? ha,ha, it really is a funny product--I remember Jay Leno saying why don''t people just put on a coat backwards.

YES!

Every time I leave my Snuggie on the couch, when I come home from work, there is MINIMUM one kitteh snoozing on it. That's ok. Its nice and warm next time I need it!
