I am a bit tired but I wanted to start this tonight.
I have been praying for everyone dealing with illness themselves or their loved ones from the other thread.
I thank you so much for the prayers and support.
So basically as I thought it was a flair up of my copd which has happened a few times over the last 10 years.
I was put on very high pressure bipap and steroids.
The pulmonologist on duty was my new pulmonologist who I had started seeing a few weeks ago.
He pulled up my medical records and saw I had the same thing happen in 2010 which was at the same hospital where my other ones were at a different hospital/medical group due to insurance.
So he fought for the bipap and I dont recall much of anything he asked me but I do recall telling his crank up the bipap when he asked me about intubation.
There was some loops he had to jump though but he got it approved and I was in a double isolation room once the corvid test came back negative I was moved to a single isolation then to a progressive care room.
The warning I was so worried about corvid and how they were reacting to things that might be it I made myself worse by waiting almost to long and just kicking my oxygen settings up which caused extremely high blood co2 levels.
So if your feeling bad kick yourself in the butt and get help.
I want to comment about what I observed about corvid in the hospital but im tired.
Thank you for the all prayers and concerns. wuvs yas all.
