Hello ladies - i had my hair trial today - i loved it! she completely captured what i was looking for - not too "done," but not too undone and romantic looking. Here's me trying to take some pics of my own hair. The best i could do was with the mirror without the flash

Thanks vc10um! I appreciate the compliments - all those things were important when i went to the hairdresser!

Everlong - thank you - i was hopeful that the curl would hold, and this was about 3 hours later. My hairdresser said it would be fine for the night (yay). My sister came, and she has hair that WILL. NOT. CURL. period - but then again, on every other regular day, it looks like she blew it out - it''s straight, shiny, and gorgeous (so then i''m jealous!)
