I love this ring, it looks perfect on your finger!

It''s so pretty!!!!!!!!

It''s very pretty! Congrats on your graduation. I would go bigger if you can see the difference.

Without jumping on the bigger is better bandwagon, I think it does look perfectly sized on your finger as is. Super sparkly and lovely. So, I tend to agree that going up to the 12pt isn''t necessary. BUT if you are considering 15...well, either go for it, but realize it will be a totally different look, or hang out with the 10s and wait a bit more.

Beautiful, beautiful ring B.E.G! I love five-stones.

I also agree that you could definitely pull off 15-pointers. The side stones in my e-ring are 15 points each, and they seem to provide just the right amount of coverage for me, and I have small fingers, too (size 2.5). If you feel like going bigger, I say go for it, but if not, I think what you have right now is gorgeous and a perfect graduation gift.

BEG, I think the ring looks SO BEAUTIFUL as it is!!! That being said, if you feel like you want bigger stones, I think you should go for it! They will look stunning as well! Like Kittybean, I wear a 2.5 and am getting an eternity band with 15 point stones. You can definitely rock bigger stones if you want! Either way, congrats!!!

THANK YOU Monnie, Monkeypie, Chiquita, Thing, VIP, DiaDiva, Yssie, Whitby, Kribbie, Monnyjay, Lknvrb, Oddoneout, MakingtheGrade, Burk, Ltl, April, Tyty, Upgrade, DiamondDana, Princessplease, Tigian, Mayachel, Kittybean and Labrat!

[/b]Vip[/b] - hehe, I wouldn''t trust Kipling and Dante near my jewelry for even a second. The only time they''ve been around anything like that, they knocked one of my gemstones to the floor (from the kitchen counter), the box flew open and I had a heck of a time finding the stone!

Upgrade - I''m very flattered that you''ve saved pictures - I don''t mind at all!

You guys are a bad influence!

I really like the ring as is, but I think I''m going to ask the jeweler on Monday how much more it would be to jump up to 15-pointers. Since it''s a special ring and I''m really only doing it once, I might as well go whole-hog right? So maybe I''ll have a 5-stone Part 2 thread soon

In the meantime, here are some pics I took today while I had sunlight. Thank you all again!

In case you guys are curious about what it would look like as a w-band, and because I like taking pics of my colored stone rings, here''s the 5-stone with my aqua asscher.

Heheh - what does the BF think of this look?

It''s a gorgeous ring now, BEG, but it looks like I''ll be waiting for updates!

It looks great with your other rings! I think on it''s own you could go a bit bigger, like the 15 points. It''s a lovely ring, congratulations on your upcoming graduation.

Thank you Addy!

I would go bigger if you have the funds. If you are thinking about it then it shows you might like a bigger one? Do it now and don''t regret it later

I like it the way it is. Balances out with the rings you''re pairing it with.

Sounds like you want to go in to talk to the jeweler. My question is was the ring custom made? If so, I''d keep it. . .if not, then it''d make sense to go as big as *you* would like.

Congrats on your graduation.

Eek didn''t end up going to the jewelers. I think I may stay with the current size, but I don''t know - you ladies are such bad influences

Hehe the only problem is I wouldn''t be wearing it with those rings. It does make me think that maybe I''d like a 5-stone as a w-band someday....

The ring is custom though the jeweler is totally willing to modify it to fit 15-pointers if I want. And thank you!
