A lot of vegetables, onions, garlic, turmeric, chili, pepper, ...
I avoid anything that is fried, I replace starch with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legume..
I don't eat meat anymore, only fish (sardines, salmon, tuna, ...) and everything that contains omega 3.
I do not eat bread in the morning, I replaced it by oatmeal with kefir/yoghurt.
When I am hungry, I eat nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, ...
I try to eat 5-6 times a day, with at least 3 meals that contain proteins + carbohydrates + fats.
I eat +/- 20 dark chocolate a day and a big glass of good quality red wine.
Sometimes it's cider.
I take vitamin d, c and magnesium supplements.
My blood tests are amazing, my doctor is impressed.
My initial weight was 242 pounds, I'm 152 now.
This is not enough.
I need some muscle now!
