I am just writing to show off the new ring, and share my experience with BrianGavinDiamonds.com.

I dealt with Lesley, who was very pleasant and professional. She was prompt getting back to me on all questions, and very flexible in accommodating my specific requests. The ring took a couple of weeks to prepare and set (time was not an issue for me), but when it was done it came priority overnight, and included a very nice ring box which I was not expecting. My primary means of communication was email, and I always got a quick response. Their website may look unfinished, but there is actually a pretty neat client area where you can log in and check the status of your order, view your email exchange history, etc. I was hesitant to use a new company for such a big purchase, but a lot of what I read on these forums and other places about Brian gave me the confidence to carry through with it. Needless to say, I am thrilled I went with them and would recommend them to others.

The diamond I selected was a Brian Gavin Signature H&A -- an AGS-0 Ideal cut RB, I-color, VS2, a little less than a carat. The setting is an 18k yellow gold with white gold prongs.

I''ve attached some pictures of the bling... enjoy!!

Hi Benny

I think its always a bit nerve wracking to spend a lot of money on the internet. I am glad you posted about your great experience with Brian Gavin Diamonds. It will help others to feel confident enough to purchase from them. Like you say, the company is new but Brian and Lesley have been in this business for a very long time.

I am working with them on a 5 stone ring. It should be here next week. I can''t wait to post pictures of mine. Yours is very beautiful. I am a particular fan of yellow gold!

beautiful ring!

That profile is TDF. Did they tell you what that setting was called? Or do we just call it The Benny Special? Congrats!

That is a really beautiful ring! Congratulations!!! We need some hand pictures once you propose!

Is clean and shiny...I don''t know how to describe it but I love when he posts pictures of his finished work against the shiny surface....whatever.....the pics are so sleek and I hope to be able to afford Brian''s services very soon!

Back to the scheduled topic! Congratulations!!

I''m not surprised I cant begin to count the number of times that I emailed Lesley about a problem or question someone had on here and she got right on top of it even at 2am in the morning.
I knew she would rise to the top with her and Brian on their own.

Benny, It was an absolute pleasure working with you. We''re so pleased that your ring turned out so well.

Strm...thank you for your very kind words
