The dress is beautiful and you''re going to feel beautiful in it...I was feeling the way you are about your arms, and my shape in general (the wedding was in the Dominican Republic, so plenty of times to feel shy about my body in front of family/friends)...but the day of the wedding I ended up feeling just fine, even though I had actually gained a couple of pounds.

Given the number of negative comments you made before you posted the photo, I definitely was not expecting a knockout. But that''s what you are in that dress! Curvy in all the right places. "Chub" to me is kind of squat and shapeless. And lady, if you think you''re shapeless, take another look at the waist shot you posted.
