Thank you to all who helped me choose my e-ring setting and gave input on bands.

Here is everything together.

The e-ring is platinum A Jaffe and it is holding an approx .8 carat stone. The setting was bought on Craigslist via a local purchase for $450.

I will post specs once I find my old appraisal. It''s in storage. I''ve had this diamond for over 20 years and I recall that the focus when purchased was cut, color and clarity over carat weight. I remember it to be a very good diamond on paper, and it is certainly wonderful to look at in person.

The semi-eternity bands are platinum and hold 1/2 carat each. I found the set on Craigslist also, but they were non-local. I had a nice long email discussion with the seller an she shipped them to me. They are more wonderful in person than in her pictures and I am happy with them. I love that they are low profile and sit very nicely against my e-ring. They were $345 each.

I''m not used to this much on my finger (width-wise after all three are stacked together) and when I went to the jeweler I asked if it looked out-of-date. He said no way and that stacking rings is very popular right now, which I did know. What do you guys think?

I made my pics black and white because I have a pink camera and the diamond was reflecting the pink. I suck at taking pictures and I don''t think these do the set real justice, but here they are. I would love to hear your honest opinions. (If you hate the look, I can take it...

Lots of bling. :p

That''s a big look for such a small price.

I think it looks good but I would probably only wear one of the semi-eternity bands with it, personally.

I''m considering only wearing one also. Just not sure yet. That''s part of why I shared here.

2 gives you more options of adding more bling if and when you want to. :)

I LOVE the 2 bands - doesn''t look dated or too much to me - very nice!

also - do you have a profile view?

I think they are great. I would probably try just wearing one of the bands too or maybe even stacking the 2 semi-eternity''s next to each other. that''s the great thing about multi-bands is options!

Very very pretty.

I think they look great! Congrats on your purchase!

That''s a whole lotta bling bang for the buck! Beautiful!

Thank for the input and advice!

The jeweler mentioned tacking the rings together so the bands don''t turn, but I''m against that. I like the idea of options, too!

I will try stacking the eternity bands next to eachother and see how that looks, also. I''ll also see if I have a profile shot that came out half way decently.

speed bumps would solve the spinning.

You did a great job finding those on Craigslist and very trusting buying them from a non local seller. I like the look of the two rings. I also have two bands with my engagement ring just like you have yours positioned. I also would like to see the two bands together as well. it gives you options and if you do every get sick of the two bands, you can always take one off.
