My 3ct reset

The journey has been long, but I finally reset my ring. It took me a year to decide on the setting, but only a few months to reset it! I''m so happy with the setting. The band is all around micropave, and the center stone is 3ct, G, VVS1. And I think the cut is Very good, and the Symmetry is Good (papers are in the safe deposit). Thank you for letting me share!

Thank you all for the lovely compliments! You guys really know how to make a gal feel welcome! My camera is a simple canon powershot, and I use the flower setting, so it''s pretty easy to get a good shot.

Oh my that is lovely! Any before shots just for reference? Are you going to wear a wedding band with it? Love the setting!

LOL! You guys are funny! Anyways, I am planning to wear a very thin micropave band with the ring. Or maybe not, I haven''t made up my mind. As to the setting, it''s a Michael B with a Tiffany style head. The Michael B head covers too much of the diamond, IMHO, so it was modified into this very simple head for me.

Geez louise! Gorgeous ring! I love how your pave band is thicker than most. It really balances out your large stone. I''d love to see your ring before the re-set. Can we also see shots of the band you are thinking of pairing it with?

My old setting was rather bulky, with baguet diamonds on the side. Sorry, I do not have any pics of it. As to the wedding band, I would stick with Michael B for the continuity of it. Possibly this band? (Photo from Pearlman''s)
