Out of all the famous voices in the world, who do you think has the most memorable voice?

One that comes to mind for me is James Earl Jones...
Darth Vader, Mufasa... I love the deep timbre of his voice.

I''d say James Earl Jones too. I believe he even recorded the Bible on tape. His voice is amazing.

Barry White - mostly because of the first part of the song "you''re the first, the last, my everything."

Winston Churchill. Just listen to his "We will fight them on the beaches" speech

Kojo Nnamdi on NPR. Love his voice.

Humphrey Bogart and Jimmy Stewart are right up there.

Musically, I love Johnny Cash''s voice.

Jack Bauer

Tie between:

James Earl Jones

Sean Connery

Yoko Ono.

Have you hear her sing?

Morgan Freeman!

In terms of singing, I would say Jeff Buckley. His voice makes me shiver. Beautiful. Shame he passed so young.

)(is there a melting emotie? because I feel that would be very appropriate here

)

as for singing: I love when Viggo Mortensen sings in LOTR, but in general I love Josh Groban, among many many others. It''s a shame FI is partially deaf in one ear and quite tone deaf in general

but it''s still cute when he tries to sing to me

Bugs Bunny? Marilyn Monroe? Ronald Reagan? Martin Luther King? Shirley Temple?

My OWN VOICE!!! just kidding

Bryan Adams? I love him...

I also second Morgan Freeman.

Bernadette Peters

I always know it is her the moment she opens her mouth!

Ditto to so many of the above, and I have to add Alan Rickman.

I adore him

Fran Drescher.
Not for the right reasons.. but yeah...

Ditto to what you all have posted, especially James Earl Jones and Morgan Freeman.

As far as women go, I''d say Joan Rivers'' voice is pretty recognizable, at least here in the US.

Worldwide, I''d give it to Michael Jackson.

Vincent Price is the name that popped in my head right away. Maybe because I''ve always been a fan.
