Most Beautiful Places in the World

Nobody mentions Amalfi Coast in Italy yet?

Tromso in northern Norway

Yes, I believe @missy mentioned the Amalfi Coast higher up in this thread. Otherwise I would have!

Oh yes I would never forget the Amalfi Coast. :kiss2:
We spent 2 weeks at the Amalfi Coast and I was in love. One of my favorite places ever.
And so many dogs and cats too. That was heartbreaking all the homeless animals. :(
But we fed them every day and night we were there.

I left out so many other places though. I love all of New England. We used to vacation there in the autumn every year. We would take a road trip up the NE coast. The autumn leaves changing and all the beautiful scenery. Loved every town there. I really couldn't pick a favorite.

So many gorgeous places all over the world and the USA is also filled with wondrous beauty.
The world can be a beautiful place.

yes, it's beautiful there. I'm just glad I went before I was much older. All those steep steps!

Many of my favourite places have been mentioned already, so I'll just add the ones I haven't seen upthread yet:

the Aravalli mountains & Udaipur in Rajasthan, the Tadj Mahal (India)

Dingle peninsula, Kerry, the Giant's Causeway (Ireland)

The Périgord region, France

Stockholm Sweden (for my DH: the perfect city)

I'd love to visit Stockholm! What does your DH love about it?

I know I found Copenhagen dreamy!! Such a beautiful Universe!!!!!

Gosh, we have been on 37 cruises so that is a tough choice. It would have to be Antarctica best described as unspoiled beauty. Yes, I hiked on the continent itself.
There were icebergs that were several miles long. This is just a small one.

I'm sure you'd love it if you liked Copenhagen!

It's a similar vibe, but they've really incorporated the one thousand micro Islands into the city. We usually stay either a little outside in a hotel where you go into the city by boat each morning, or in a hotel right in the city centre but on a tiny island. You take breakfast thinking you're at someone's summer house by the sea and then you walk over a bridge and are in front of the opera house. There are several different quarters with different vibes. And everything and everyone is so aesthetic. Clean lines, clean environment, everything eco friendly. Even in the five star hotel the style is minimalist.

To us it's the perfect holiday ( but we never went in winter due to our kids being still small).

I have a feeling you'd like it a lot!

Right now this is the most beautiful place to me. Ask me tomorrow and I will have another answer but right now this is where I want to be.

Sounds wonderful!. I did love Copenhagen--my DH had a job offer there we planned to move then he changed his mind! Anyway.
