More rings: a field study

Without the ability to post pix of my beloved e-ring selection (under construction currently I hope - as my b-friend has put a lock down on the process) I''m on the constant prowl for pix that REMIND me of it ... maybe one day I''ll stumble on a pix of IT, to comfort myself through the waiting - and reassure myself it is THE ONE ... but in the meantime I found this little beauty - which is *similar* - if you can imagine the center as a 1.5 asscher.

Also wanted to pass on this link to setting whores like myself. I hadn''t heard it mentioned on here yet and they have some lovely stuff.

Think I waw some of their settings in person at a local jeweler around here: Hummingbird Jewelers in Rhinebeck, NY. Also, they are at Clay Pot in Brooklyn (where I always thought I''d select my e-ring ... lived in Brooklyn for 10 years before my Hudson Valley move 3 yrs ago).

Based on the last bits of info I was allowed, I''m guessing the ring itself will be ready by the end of September. I have a sneaky suspicion that I won''t get a peep at it until much later: holidays? new years? anniversary of 2nd 1st date-mid Jan (long story)? My best friend was in on the picking and has agreed to serve as my "eagle-eye" upon pick up to make sure everything looks right with the re-pro. She''s a fashion designer and has a finer eye than myself anyway, so it''s a good choice. I trust her! But, of course, as a mild control freak & eager potential bride-to-be, it can''t come soon enough!!!
