Mondera''s response(switch & bait)

Just got off the phone with Mondera...Didn''t have to call them, they called me to inform me that my new diamond would take 10 days longer to get here than promised!!!...LMAO
Anyway, their answer to the switch and bait question was pretty stock. "The purchase was awaiting credit approval"...Talk about sloooooow credit for that poor buyer, they have been trying to get approved for a couple of weeks now!!!...they managed to get ours approved overnight even with the double purchase on the credit card....Sounds like Bull S--- to me!!!

That's weird. People go with the larger firms, such as Mondera, because they think they're more trustworthy. I'm surprised you didn't cancel the purchase?

Hell no I didn't cancel it...took me FOREVER to get him to order it...LMAO
I'm happy with the new diamond (if it ever comes)...Just thought people ought to be informed so they don't get caught in the same trap. It does seem like there are lot's of informed and reputable sellers on this sight...maybe people need to come her first!!!!

I would cancel the order and take my $3k elsewhere. There are plenty of well-cut stones online that give you 100 times more information than Mondera does on a purchase like that...AND won't try to pull one over on you at the same time. They would definitely NOT get my business. Trust me, they don't have anything special that anyone else can't get.

I really cant see such a large company have that level of interest to do that. They are huge from what I have heard. For 3K...Im not sure?, but if that happens to say 20% of the orders, than ??? I dont know. They have been around for over a century, and cant imagine that...But it isnt impossible.
