Try a search to bring up others experiences with them, I know some have purchased from them in the past. If as your name implies you want to buy an Asscher, I think Mondera are a drop shipper like BN and won't provide images of the stones, you can't buy an asscher successfully without them so I would advise working with a vendor who has in house diamonds or can call a suitable asscher in for you to do the cut analysis.
