Modified Tiffany Setting - Princess Cut Platinum

I absolutely love the modified tiffany princess setting from this post, but am unable to find a similar product in platinum.

Has the tapering band and the upswept shank (I believe that part is called a cathedral). It can be made with the V-prong classic Tiffany-style head for princess (the one from this) ring.
