Wedding MOB dress help?

A co-worker of mine is at her wits end, and I''ve SEEN some of the lovely dresses you all have found so I was wondering if you all had any suggestions.

She''s an 8-12 (around a 10) in size.

Her daughter has said that the dress should be pink/rose/raspberry/burgundy/wine.

Budget is 250 max.

Her daughter wants her in something FABULOUS. She wants something comfortable and age appropriate. Their different views is what has created the difficulty.

Wedding is in September in CA. Goes from 2pm to 10 pm.

I saw this one at Nordstrom''s and it was GORGEOUS in person. It is a light pink though- I dont know if that is what kind of pink she is going for.

I found these (one of them is a repeat). MOB is in mid to late 40s, early 50s max, I think. Thats just a guess though.

I don't love the third one, but maybe she's just standing funny.

I'm also a big fan of the J Crew silk sophia in Berry or whatever they're calling pin these days.

Chadwicks has a lot of options too.

Mmmm I love silk dupioni! And I wore the silk Sophia for my city hall wedding (the long version), and let me tell you I have never felt more beautiful. I highly recommend her mom trying on one!
