Mixed cut? there such a thing as princess with Round cut??

Im not sure if this is posted in the right spot,

but my friend called me today saying that she went ring shopping and round a diamond that is a shape she has never seen before (i thought the shapes were pretty standard) but before being the one to say she is wrong I thought I would do some research on it first...

She said it looks like a princess cut from the top but is a round brilliant on the bottom with hearts (Im assuming she means hearts and arrows?) which confuses me

When i did some googling I read that there are some cuts that mix cuts and step cuts??? what is this ? or can someone explain this to me? Or am i misunderstanding this??

Look at BGD's Quadex and GOG's Princess of Hearts. Maybe that combination is what she meant.
